For most online purchases, customers have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving their order. Certain exceptions apply, including sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected, including your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

How to Request a Return

If you would like to return an item, please contact Beauty Pride UK through our Contact Us page within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.

Please include your order number so we can assist you.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.

Please do not send items back before contacting us for return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will check its condition and process your refund in accordance with your consumer rights.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

For eligible cancellations, we will also refund the original standard delivery charge. Additional costs for premium or express delivery are non-refundable.

If you are returning an item because it is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us. Your statutory rights apply, and we will cover reasonable return postage costs where legally required.

Hygiene & Returns Exceptions

For health and hygiene reasons, sealed skincare and cosmetic products cannot be returned under the change-of-mind cancellation right once the seal has been broken, where the product is unsuitable for return for those reasons.

This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, damaged or not as described.
